Troyer's are Derale Tornado's. Great fan, but nothing special because you get it from him. His set up is great and a great deal for what you get, but if you're shopping for a fan only I have beat Troyers price on just the fan. Lots of speed shops, including Summit carry Derales.

You can also just buy separate fans from them .... here's the 16-incher by itself:

Try Zirgo, I have a pusher on my 64 Galaxie, don't know how it will cool, but it's rated @ 3985 cfm's. They also have some for like 3000-3300 cfm's that each are cheaper. If you had say 2 3000 cfm's, that would be ok, plus, the 3000 cfm ones at Summit are like 125 bucks I think, and the 3985 cfm one I know is like 229 bucks. Summit has them though.

Yeah - I hear ya .. I'd buy a $25 fan too, if I was puttin' it in a $100 truck - like yours

Spal's are also expensive - real quality fans usually are.

This ain't a fan for yer Chitter, folks...

spal, hayden, and zirgo make good fans but u are buying a brand just like K&N. im runnin a motor craft fan from a mustang/crown victoria. runs just fine and is 9 years old.people who have money to blow on expensive fans that pull lots of current and flow very little CFM. can go right ahead and buy from troyer but see theres young guys like me and built54 that are on a tight budget with a build that dont want to spend 125 bucks on a fan that is money well spent on other things
