The spal is a good choice but for 125 from Troyer vs 118 from ebay, I would go with him.
The other one may be 25 bucks but shipping is 40 and it is not the same fan.
Sorry you lose.

No.

I also recommeded Spal.

And in previous efan posts I've recommended Motorcraft RF-86's, which if new are also not cheap (see MAD's site).

I just won't recommend used or Brand-X. Not for a daily-driver cooling system.

Built - your thread title said THE BEST, not THE CHEAPEST. I provided some valid input for the best.

If you wanted the cheapest, you should have stated same from the get-go.

BTW DERALES are one of the best electric fans on the market. But you wouldn't know that since your truck was built off e-bay...........

Cool

HI!... I'd go twin 16" DERALES. I've been running mine for over 8 years with no problems at. Gone through 100 degree summers to Canadian cold winters. I've been running these fans longer than anyone on here. Mike's kit is based off my set-up. I only paid $98(U.S) for each fam from SUMMIT RACING when I originally built my kit.

No one mentioned Flex-A-Lite. I have a pair for sale if ya want them. Model 270. The kit should bolt right up no mods. I thought something was wrong with flickering lights so I changed back to stock. Ended up having nothing at all to do with the fans but a bad cable and/or ground ?? The kit worked very well. Give me a shout if your interested.

GMJ91,
do you still have the fans for sale? If so, send me a message and let me know what you want for them.

HI!... Well "OFTEN WRONG 150" is still standing up to his name.

I only have a tune and custom cams through Mike Troyer. Everything else I have bought through the after market company's.

My OEM engine lasted 220,000KMS. Which is roughly 125,000 miles. It would of lasted longer if the guy setting op my nitrous system didn't lean it out, causing a melted valve. Plus I have beat on that engine harder in that time than YOU ever will with your wimpy 4.6.

Also I never REBUILT that engine. I still have it. I rebuilt another engine. A 98 out of a EXPEDITION.

Also the built 5.4 was finally put down after a year of driving it. Also all my parts are still good and can be reused except for the bearings.

So as usually you still are proving you don't have the faintest idea what the hell you are talking about. Thanks for still proving my point over and over again.

No offense but zirgo is crap. I installed a 16" and a 14" about two weeks ago and the both of them running at the same time couldnt keep things cool when the outside temp was 84 degrees. So I pulled them off 2 hours later and put the stock fan back on. I learned the hard way you get what you pay for. By the way does anyone want a wiring kit from MAD Enterprises. Only used for 2 hours.
