Did you try moving your wires away from the accumulator while it was running ruff - Do U know where the accumulator is ?

The accumulator is that aluminum canister on the left - has been known to cause this problem..-

Looks like this when it's all together , so you can get a better idea of what I'm talking about - yeah its the silver canister that sits below the firwall to the left ..Thats your AC Acummulator , it can screw up your ignition system if the wires are to close to it..

Anything that's close to that thing - in the pics I have all mine pulled away and that bottom that looks close - it's far enough away.

You have to look and - if you can post a picture of your setup - it's easier to help

I cleaned the egr and ports today - no change in idle. Next should be the cop's, or maybe clean throttle body? I already cleaned the throttle butterfly area, but the rear assembly probably needs cleaning too. Maybe vacuum leaks? It's getting narrowed down to just these last few things before something finally fixes it. I don't know where all of my vacuum lines are or else I'd chem 'em before pulling and cleaning, and/or R&R. I wonder if the k&n caused any of this b/s... or even the exhaust.

Yeah , you really have to clean the elbow behind the throttle body - it has all the ports that can get clogged up

damn those parts look brand new. I'll get some cleaning goin on. Hey jbrew, on the left (passenger) side of the elbow, do you just pull of the black 3 way hose that has coolant in it? I pulled it once before just to see what it was and had a lot to clean up. Is there a way to pull it without getting a gallon of coolant on my engine?
