LOL, Kinda, that's okay -
hcmq was suggesting a pipe to slide over the handle of a breaker bar is all - makes it easier if you happen to have one handy..
On the tensioner in the middle there is 1/2 recess were a 1/2 drive breaker bar or ratchet incerts into. When you apply pressure to it it loosens the belt , you'll get a better idea of what I'm talking about when start working on it..
Remove bolts "A" - unhook wires , then remove bolt "B"..
Bolts "A" -

Great tool, makes men out of boys.
I couldn't imagine taking the wheels off Ford products with the 14" lug wrench they provide.

Some more drawings that might help -
Use the (B) 1/2 inch square hole in the drive belt tensioner pulley hub to rotate the (A) drive belt tensioner clockwise and remove the (C) drive belt.
A little tip - when I rotate the tesioner down to loosen the belt , on the 5.4L you can slide the breaker bar behind the radiator hose support bracket to keep tension off the belt while you remove the alternator. I never remove the belt, just releive the tension enough to slip it off the alternator..
