4.6 2v is only superior to 5.4 2v if geared to take davantage of it's rpm band. and it inferior to 5.4 3v and 4v by a long way. in every way. 4.6 4v is superior to all but 5.4 4v.

HI!... And put 4.10 gears in a F-150, 5.4, Reg-cab, Short-box and it's all over for the little 4.6. LOL!
