100 mph with the stock computer tune. I hit 104 going downhill, and I thought the truck was going to die, it started running really weird because the computer couldn't slow it down.

I dont know about the top speed per say but ive always seen the top end accel to be better on the 5.3 but the 5.4 is stronger down low.

Ive taken my 04 past 120 but i dont know how fast it was going my speedo stops at 120. It was still climbing thow. slowly.

Been at around 200 km/h with a Superchip, and believe she had more, didn't want to find out and my speedo is only 160 km/h. The only reason I knew that was the guy I raced said 197 on his speedo.

well doesnt the 5.4 have more torque on the lower end at around 2 grand other than the chevy 5.3 which has the torque higher arounbd 2500 or 3
idk tht y i am asking my buddy has a 5.3 and i can beat him off the line up to 25 35 easily but then he ties me then if we both goin 55 and we step them down he has me beat all the way to 65 70 not by alot but just ahead of me thne i can come back and tie him by 85 90 then his tops out at 97

HI!... When my F-150. 5.4 was stock it topped out at 175KPH (108MPH) due to the top speed limiter. Now with my built N/A 5.4 and 4.10 gears it buries my 220KPH (137MPH) speedo. Can max out at about 205KPH (127MPH) in 3RD gear.

Got up to 100mph a few weeks ago in my 02 SCrew with 5.4. Just left it in drive and gave it some gas and she was at 100 in no time and the rpm was only 4 grand. With 3.55 gearing that's not too bad. With some 4.10's I bet it would really fly.

I need to find out what's the mph in each gear at 6K???

Why would you wish that? I don't agree with reckless driving but on an open road without traffic I see no harm in "opening it up" for a moment or two.

I certainly do not wish someone would blow a tire at any speed.

Easy to calculate -

MPH = (rpm/drive ratio) * (tire dia/336)

Drive ratio is the gear ratio in the trans multiplied by the gear ratio in the axle.
