Is it speed sensitive? Only under load? Check your oil? The Taliban?

The general consensus is that it is normal. I probably have always had it.

took mine to where I bought it this morning, they listen to it and said it was the vct phasers.mine dosent do it whens cold and it disapears over 1200 rpm. They said it won't hurt anything has to do with a new design with the 3 valve thing. They said it can be fixed by replacing the cam phaser what ever that was but they said mine was normal to keep an eye but I guess they meant a ear on it.
