Is this ticking normal?

I've got a question for our resident engine gurus. I've noticed a ticking recently but haven't thought much about it. I had my camera with me today so I took some "video" of the noise. Can anyone download this mpg and listen to the ticking and tell me if it is something to be concerned about? The noise is centered in the engine. Valve tapping? ( I have no idea as I'm a computer guy not a mechanic)

The video (no visuals just audio) is about 2 megs if anyone cares to take a listen. Thanks in advance.

it sounds like a valve train noise or maybe an exhaust leak.
are any of the exhaust manifold bolts broken off?
does it sound the same when the engine is hot and cold.
I'm sure when you rev it it gets faster.
when did it start this?

I cant tell you exactly when it started just that I noticed it about a week ago.

Yes on the hot or cold issue.

I'm gonna go check the speed issue...brb

Sounds like injector noise to me. I can't hear anything out of the ordinary in that clip. Sounds a lot like mine.

My 04 made the same noise. Took it to a couple dealerships after the first one told me it was normal, turns out all of the dealerships say it's normal fuel injector noise.

I guess 03 and under models have a quieter engine then the 04-06's have I was told and seems to be true every time I hear one.
