Can you powder coat plastic? I thought it was done through magnets touching the metal part??

powdercoat it to match all the ceramic coating u have done. and theres a shop in gatesville town not far from here that does powdercoating. alot of the LS1 guys would get their intake manifolds color matched on their cars along with other misc plastic peices looked pretty good! but expensive

HI!... Well my buddy finished up the dash today as the sanding goes. Got the adhesion promoter and the texture spray today. Getting the colour match dye/paint tomorrow. Should be done on the weekend. Now I just need gauges to fill the holes! LOL!

HI!... Well my buddy pretty much finished off the dash today. It needs a few touch ups and the ashtray/cupholder and cig lighter doors still need to be done. I think it turned out quite well myself. Total cost is about $450(CAN) $300 for him to do all the work and the rest for parts/supplies. Not bad since others on the FORD boards wanted over $800(U.S) to do the same thing.

Is it just the pics, or does that look more "flakey" than stock?
