The video of the guy being pulled on a tire was taken from the bed of my truck.
He fell off becasue he was tired of pulling himself along so I tied the tire to the tow strap and all he had to do was hold on. The Sub pulling the stang was done using my tow strap. I am acting my age. Just wait till I grow up and have some grown-up ideas.....

HI!... I'm running KOOKS S/S long tube headers, S/S high flow cats, two MAGNAFLOW S/S SI/SO mufflers, S/S MAGNAFLOW "X" pipe and 3 inch S/S tips. All exhaust tubing is from BURN's STAINLESS and is 304 S/S and all bends are mandrel.

do u know if they make longtubes for the 97-98 model 4.6L F150 they got em for the PI engines 99-03.. but they wont work on mine supposidly the engine set differently in the cab. i beleive the engine is further forward.. that is what summit racing guy said when i called em.

The supermaxx by Dynatech long tube headers are for the 5.4 only. They used to advertize them for the 4.6 when they first came out but they changed that about a year later. Where you will run into problems is where the passenger side tubes come down by the transmission. They could rub against the bellhousing. When I had the 4.6 in my truck I bought Neal's JBA shorties and made them fit on my 4.6. It involved fabricating a custom connector that was dimpled to clear the bellhousing. Now that they are on my 5.4 they fit with plenty of room to clear. The driver side will clear no problem. But you will need to make the connection at the collector fit. Becasue the 4.6 deck is shorter the header's collectors will sit lower than with the 5.4. it is not mush but just wenough to change the geometry and make fitting an exhaust system a PITA. It can be done but expect to do a bit of fabbing to make it right. One more consideration is the placement of the O2 sensors. They stick out sideway's on Neal's long tubes. If that is the case with the Supermaxx system then they may be too close to the tranny to allow easy, if at all, installation. Use a plug and have a bung welded some where else in the tube. FYI if you go to the Dynatech site the system they show is the mirror image. It has the passenger side header on the driver side and vice versa.

Sorry for being a little off topic, but I couldnt help notice the glowing under that mustang in the video. Is that the header(s) all nice and hot? Any problems with the cold from the snow with warping or other bad hot/cold related stuff? Just curious really....

Thanks for the video, takes me back to high school.....and hopefully to retirement.....lol. i liked how the cop told you guys to "play" somewhere else.....thats cool he didnt hassle you, like they did where i grew up. more than one cop ate a ditch in the snow chasing me from parking lot to parking lot.....ahh the good ole days.....thanks again

HI!... Well I could of gone out tonight but was too tired after work. About 20 guys went out with 4 video cameras. It's been snowing here like crazy since 7:00P.M. Supposed to be 6-8 inches of snow by morning. Mabey we can get some daytime video over the weekend.
