Maybe be a little more specific, like where in NC. It is a big place!

Jono,

I live near Smithfield...any place up to 3 hours away is good.

I see you live in Raleigh. I hope you are not a "We Do Trucks" fan so I don't offend you by saying I don't care to take my truck there again. Is there any other place you know of and can recommend?

Not sure what types of mods your looking to install, but I'd recommend the Michael Jordan Lincoln Mercury dealer in Durham..

smcconaghie,

Thanks for the reply...I think I've found a good one, well at least they were recommended by the Ford dealer in Cary. It's Fast Lane in Benson (formerly Blue Performance Auto of Garner). They specialize in mods to 4.6 mustang. I am looking for someone to install an e'fan, asp pulleys, and other performance mods down the road.

Most of the "big name" mod places in Raleigh are short on service, long on lines, high on prices, questionable work...

If you don't mind going to Kinston, I'd give Jeff Laws a call who is a member of these boards and a master tech at the Ford Dealer in Kinston. He could recommend someone really good or do it at the shop - at the prices in Kinston are way lower than the prices in Raleigh.

if you want his email address, let me know...

Have you tried True Blue Performance in Benson. True Blue Performance I think the owners name is Dan(had a s/c Screw) and one of the girls working there(used to anyway) has a Lightning.

Jeff Laws would be great if you need to get some work done on the truck w/ Ford, but I do not think that Jeff does a lot of work outside of the shop unless it is to help a fellow racer. He is way to busy buying trucks I'm sure Jeff will chime in if he has a different opinion. Hope this helps.
