How much HP?

How much HP?
I currently have a 4.2l v6 with a Flowmaster si/do exhaust with 2-1/4" pipe running out the back, no air box mod or chip yet. But I was wondering how much HP/ torque do I have now? I would also like to know how much HP/torque I would have if I added a MAC cold air intake? TIA.

Actually, most 98% of all the 4.2's have a dead even 200BHP. Some were rated at 202, some 205... never 210. And at most just going to flowmasters si/do with a smaller out (which is wise) will net you a gain of 1-3RWHP or just about 4-5BHP. This would bring you to a 205-210BHP.
Just some facts for you.

In all actuality, doing exhaust on ANY Ford truck makes a significant improvement in torque, not necessarily horsepower.
Like Talley said, you are probably not going to see much of a peak increase - perhaps 2-3 hp, and 5-10 lb/ft. of torque - it's the average number that will reflect the majority of the improvement. Look for a mod like this to increase your overall engine efficiency. Your average torque number should raise about 10-12 lb/ft, and your average hp should climb 3-6 hp.
The intake tube won't do much- I'd stick with a replacement K&N in the stock cold air intake system. This will help keep the cold air velocity into your throttle body high.
Concentrate on the chip (Superchips/DiabloSport) and some rear end gears. That's where you'll find the 'seat-of-the-pants' improvement you seek. If you have an automatic transmission, shift kits (or better yet- Factory_Tech's valve body from PSP) will also give you a killer kick in the butt.
Hope this info helps,
