btw, i pretty much only did the emblems for 3 reasons. 1-people see the healights and wanna see what the truck is and when they see XL on there they are like WTF? so i covered the XLs and put the GT stuff on there. its not like im copying anything because there is no GT f150. 2-now i get a lot more people messing with me on the streets from the headlights and GT emblems both. 3-the chrome GT emblem was put on because having 4.2L on the left and just V6 on the right of my tailgate, made the right side look empty. so i put GT on there and liked it so i just ran with it. now i want some racing stripes and some hood scoops. and a spoiler on the back but nothing huge. not gonna turn it into some ugly pos, just want a small spoiler and maybe a more sporty air dam. i know it wont help much, just mostly for looks. working on my exhaust too, making it fake duals. just need a y pipe and a few elbows and straight pipes. need the y first tho. but its like $60. not bad but its on ebay and i got some bills right now that are slowing the process

i modded it the way i want it. if you want to make it smoother, go right ahead. im sure you can make it look better than i did. but i like the placement the way i have it. if you could just smoothe it out i would appreciate it.

You sure it wasnt P, R, 2, 3, and D? My roommate also has a T/A. Besides, they are meant for racing. My friend right here says when you go WOT the computer automatically disables OD.

Woohoo, today coming from school my friend drives a 99 Dodge 2500 V10, wanted to race. So i was like lets race even though i have 4 cylinders less, we were doing 60 and i heard him hit it, so i was like screw it here goes a loss. I pulled one nose on him my jaw dropped i was like holy crap, he called me and was like damn that bitch can run, especially for a sixxer.

once they get in the power curve they go pretty well. i held my own against a Chevy 5.3L last month

well is it real or a concept? and either way i didnt know about it so its technically not copying....at least on purpose and the only difference it looks like to me from a normal sport f150 is the racing stripes and the fact that it is orange and that it has the lights behind the grille.
and that shelby's colors are very nicely done.

i held my own against my buddy's 04 silvy 4.8 reg cab shortbed 2wd. 2 races from a stop, i lost both not too badly tho, and 3 races from about a 40 roll, i won 2 and he won 1 but he was barely pulling away from me. and i have recently raced 2 5.3L 2008 silvys, 1 was reg cab longbed, the other was ext cab shortbed both 4x4. beat both, the reg cab one was on my *** the whole time but probably from drafting and i was still pulling away slightly till i hit my limiter. then i also raced a 96 lumina with a 3.1L out of a 98 buick century 3 times and won all 3. same guy is buying a 5.2L 2000 dodge ram in a week and we are gonna race soon after so i will post if its a win or not for me.

well yes and no. positive there was no D. just OD. but the order i put them in was wrong. had a blonde moment lol. went P,R,N,OD,2,1 and my 89 V6 firebird had both in line. it was P,R,N,OD,D,2,1
what year is your roommate's T/A?
and also every vehicle downshifts during WOT so it automatically would go into 4th or 3rd or whatever. my t/a at 65 if you floored it, it went into 2nd gear. shifted from 2nd to 3rd around 87mph unless i had someone else in the car with me, then it went past the red in the tach and shifted about 92mph. i loved that car. really want another one.

also i dont see how an extended cab truck can be a GT. wtf thats like dodge making the charger, a 60's muscle car that was well respected and well loved, into a 4 door POS. i guess the japanese 4 door sports cars are catching on in the US?? thats not how we do it. we use stuff that grunts and rumbles and scares the hell out of people when you rev it to make it fast, not put stuff on the engine to make it whine all the time. at least dodge got the formula right for the challenger as an AMERICAN MUSCLE CAR
