25.8 gallons? My tank is 24.5? Hmm Thought I had the Biggest Tank they offered.

And 80+ is definitely not the in the peak MPG range for the 4.2!

And Sean have fun with your new truck! Great deal~

Nope, the only 08's that have a V6 are the 2wd XL standard cabs.

that pump was screwed up. the biggest tank that ford puts in the f150 is a 25.0 gallon tank. those go in the extended cabs only. they put 32 and 36 gallon ones in the econoline and super duties....

Just thought Id give a little update on how things are going so far. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Truck is very smooth and fairly quiet. The V-6 seems like it will be enough power for my tastes. Havent had to fill up yet so we will see what happens there. I think the main thing that would be nice is if it had more handy little storage compartments and maybe another cupholder or two. Im sure these are more plentiful on the more loaded up versions. Maybe I can find some sort of interior accessory to help with this. If you know of any let me know. Sorry I dont have pics but the weather hasnt been great and its filthy already. I will update again later. Thanks guys for all your help!

All right....now you have to install a Public Address system and get a scan gauge so that your truck can put out 230 horsepower.
