Lugging in trannie/engine at low power?

Ok, when im accelerating to speed and if I accelerate slowly, i can feel (I'm guessing here) either the clutch slipping or the trannie lugging vcause it will be pullin but then stops for a sec and pulls again. I went under my truck a week ago and my dad said my clutch fluid is leaking. I have the 5-speed manual. Any comments or suggestions?

Might be the clutch fluid getting on the flywheel making it slippery... I'd have it taken apart asap. Sounds like your slave cylinder...

Well that trannie is going to blow up before it comes out. I can't afford to have that even looked at.

What speeds is this happening at (RPM and MPH)? Is it only in certain gears? How much of a load is it under (WOT, barely giving it gas, etc).
And for the 523409853289 time from glc and I, shrink your damn sig! It's hosted by Photobucket, they resize pics for free.

It's not a forum RULE but members are ASKED to keep the pics in sigs to 500x100 pixels or smaller! Don't make me report your posts to the moderators, they will remove your sig completely if I do that.

Yours is 800x600 and is 618kb in file size - it takes 3 minutes to load 618kb over a 56k dialup connection. Multiply that by how many times your sig appears in a thread and you can see how you are pissing people off!

EDIT: When I have to wait for his sig to load on my 1.5 mbps DSL connection and I have to constantly scroll down past that huge pic, it detracts from MY enjoyment of this forum. I honestly could care less what you think of me or my statements, I've been around this world a lot longer than you and I understand what BEING CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS means. Refer to Zaairman's post right underneath this. He's in your age group and HE understands........

When the WEBMASTER asks for all of us to keep our sigs at a respectable size, I think its a good idea to do that.

Weird. Your s/n with the 89 generally means you were born in 1989, which would make you 18. Oh, plus your myspace says you're 18. http://www.myspace.com/thesexeyone or http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm...ndID=126927355

And glc is MUCH older than you.

Go for it. Set up your own forum. Please.
