121= Throttle Position (TP) sensor out of range - TPS
122= TP low (possibly grounded or open circuit) - TPS
636=Transmission Oil Temperature (TOT) sensor out of range
Sounds like you have a bad ground somewhere to me.
Fix the TPS first, it could be causing the transmission to overheat.
