eec 636 (Transmission fluid temperature (TFT) not at expected value.

My 94 E150 5.8 EFI has been running rough, error codes are 636, 122 and 121. Do I need to replace Trans temp sensor?

121= Throttle Position (TP) sensor out of range - TPS
122= TP low (possibly grounded or open circuit) - TPS
636=Transmission Oil Temperature (TOT) sensor out of range
Sounds like you have a bad ground somewhere to me.
Fix the TPS first, it could be causing the transmission to overheat.
