i want 35's on my 2010 screwcab

just bought a 2010f150 supercrew xlt with 12,000 miles on it. it looks too plain right now, black with chrome bumpers and chrome factory 20" wheels. i would like to see it sitting on some 35 12.50 mt's with an aftermarket 20" wheel, bmf or fuel.

my idea was a front 3" spacer and 1.5" rear block. but still not sure of the offset/backspace i would need. anybody try this or will i have to get a 4" lift kit to clear 35's.

I'm not sure about the 09+ models, but for the 04-08 models it's a bad idea to do a 3" level because it will cause ball joints to wear out too quickly.

thanks, i did alot of searching when i had my 05' screw. that got totaled and now i have a new daily driver/project. i''m gonna order a kit 2.5" front/3" rear block to replace the 1.5" block.

i think grabbers are calling my name or nittos, but i bet grabbers will wear better. if i could finance the bds coil over kit with a wheel/tire package i would be all over it. i got around 2k to work with. guess i will stick with the factory twenties for now and get just tires.

It will clear 35s with a 2.5" level just like'04/'08s. Will just be a tad nose high without the 3" blocks in the back.

35's will fit, but you will have to be particular about your wheel choice and stay with a wheel close to the OEM specs, like an 8 inch wide wheel with 5.5 inches of BS. You could also use your OEM 20's, but some wider 35's will touch the upper control arm/ball joint due to the OEM wheels backspacing. Some 305mm (12.50 inch) wide tires with aggressive sidewalls will do this and anything wider will. A 285/65-20 (35x11.50) is a perfect fit for the stock 20 inch wheels.

i've flipping through pics and checking out specs. the bmf repr and novakane are sweet, along with the fuel hostage. those are my top picks. but i did find 2 others that come in a package deal about $700 cheaper.

thanks for the info. i'll try to get some pictures before and after. i dont get time online very much.

Are the blocks aluminum too? I'd be weary of those if they are.

Look about halfway down the page.
