need help on lifts
I have an 07 f150 4.6 with 33x12.50s with a 2" leveling kit on it right now but I want to get it in the air a little more the tires are cramped in the fender wells and the rear end sags. A few people told me to put a helper spring on the back and that it would lift it some but I also want the front end a little higher the tires look small because there is no gap and the truck sits right on them almost. I have seen some huge spacers on top of coil springs but have heard it will really tear up a front end, so what kind of lift could I get put on to make the truck look better but not tear up the front end too bad.
I have around 800 bucks to spend right now, I know that probably cancels out alot of lifts but what can I do.
Also I tow alot with my truck due to my job so that might be a factor but im not sure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks in advance,
Shane

As said above, your only option with an $800 budget is a body lift. The install itself isn't too difficult, it is just very time consuming. As long as it installed right, and the truck isn't a rust bucket, they are a good budget lift and will look fine as long as you cover the gaps between the frame and body. I would keep saving your money and go with a 4" suspension lift. A rough country 4" lift is about $1300, and it would look good with your 33x12.50s. If you want to fix the rear end sag, then you either need a bigger block, or an add a leaf.

Probably just the lift itself. Install isn't too bad on a suspension lift either, again just time consuming. I don't know anyone who runs this, but if you want a full 6"lift research zone lift. You can get one for right around 1300 same as the rancho 4". I believe its made by the same company that makes BDS which is a pretty good lift kit. Again, that does not include install.

If you are going to spend $1300 on a lift, you might as well spend $1400 on a lift and get a more popular brand. but at this put we are double your budget, you probably also have to get new wheels etc.
Body lift is your best bet unless you hold off until you get more funds.

And buxton I was wondering the same thing. This whole time I was assuming it was a 2wd if 33's are looking cramped.

Im not 100% sure what kit is on my truck ford installed it when they installed my bumper replacement. When I say my 33's are cramped I dont exactly mean they rub or make contact (unless I turn to sharp) but they just tend to fill up the fender wells pretty good plus the rear end sags so it makes it look really bad. Mainly this is stemming due to the fact that I had a customer come pick up his furniture he ordrered from the house and he had a new chevy and had 295/65 R18 nitto trail grapplers and it appeared he had a mid-size lift 6" or less I'd say 4" and the tires looked massive and it pissed me off cuz I looked at mine and they looked small I dont get it and its really under my skin even though I know the tires will last longer than the truck ROFLMAO! but I have some pics of my truck to show what I'm dealing with but idk how to post them so if I could send them to someone or something so they could post them that would possibly help out so yall could give me opinions on what yall would do to it.

From my understanding if your running stock rims or at least stock backspacing not even 35's should rub with a leveling kit. To post a picture create a photobucket account and add the url to your post is the easiest way I know of. For another cheap alternative lift I would make 100% sure you have a leveling kit. If you find out you really don't for some reason, you can add one then either an add a leaf or a bigger block in the rear to bring the sag up some. An aal will make it ride a little rougher, a block will not. However an aal will help keep you from sagging with any kind of load.
When you take pictures to post take one of the top of your front struts so we can see what type of leveling kit is on it.
