Will my tranny just be looking to die if I install this lift?

I have an '03 Screw FX4 and about ready to pull the trigger in purchasing lift/wheels/gears.

I wanted to do a 6+3 with 20x10 wheels and 37s. I'm also looking to re-gear to 4.88s.

I currently have 120k on the truck. Since I'm new to lifts, will my tranny just be ready to die on me in short time if I do this lift? I don't intend to drive her hard and it will be my daily driver (about 30 miles R/T with half on highway and half city).

Any input opinions would be appreciated. Currently I have no issues with the tranny now.

Thanks

37's on a daily driver your pockets must be pretty deep i would hate to see the fuel bill. Tranny should be fine tho

Hahah yeah I wish they were deep. I've always wanted to do a big lift and finally came across a means to allow it. Plus my job has changed and instead of 80 miles R/T I'm only 30.

Thanks for the input on the tranny guys.

putting the 4.88s in will help your transmission. It probably would die pretty quick without putting in 4.88s

Thanks.

I don't know much in the way of transmission coolers. Is there a particular one that most use?
