Did you get an alignment? And the general consensus is anything over 2.5" is to much for a leveling kit and will destroy front end components.

Yes have had 2 alignments. Drove from west palm beach fl to phoenix and outside of tires were ripped up. Ive tried different air pressures. Really stuck since I dont know what else to try

Take it off and get a smaller leveling kit. Chances are they can't get it completely into factory spec for alignment.

seems like they make something you can add to the truck to give them a wider adjustment range when they align it...... anybody???

take that damn 3" spacer out and get a 6" suspension lift or a 2.5" leveling kit. i know from having to replace cv axles 4 different times, upper and lower ball joints, and tie rods, and the list goes on.. do yourself a favor and quit wasting money on tires when you could be using it wisely on a 6 inch... FWIW

Possibilites:
1. Your tires are too wide
2. Your wheels have too much backspacing
3. All of the above

You can purchase wheel spacers for the front to move your tire and wheel out away from the front end components, but wheel spacers put extra stress on your Hubs and Lugs(whatever they're called)

Ya that 3" is a bit too much. I have a 2" leveling kit like many other on here who run 33" tires, some even have 35's(maybe on 2.5" level can't rmbr) but that mostly comes down to the rims you have and their specs. But 33's and a 2" level will be perfect with no issues, unless you have some goofy *** rims but I still don't think there would be an issue with a 33 regardless of the rims you have. I'm no guru on tire/wheel combs at all but maybe someone else can confirm the fitment if you post up your rim specs.

They make alignment cam kits, but they're not gonna work miracles. You can only go so far outta of alignment before it can't be brought back into spec and 3" spacers tend to do that.

If you have 33s, then take the 3 inch spacers off and put a 2 inch spacers in. You won't rub with 33's and 2 inch spacers. I've always heard that 3 inch spacers make your front end self destruct
