If you're going to use concrete blocks, remember the strength is with the hole in the vertically, not horizontally

Thanks flys-f150, do yall know if break line cord extensions have to be added or is the existing break line long enough to adjust to a 6'' lift??

the kit will come with new brake lines or drop brackets where and when needed. my kit had stainless lines in front and a relocation drop bracket in the rear.

ok good to know! i figured it would just wanted to make sure. Thanks! Is this someone with a moderate amount mechanic type work could do? (for instance last summer i completely took apart cleaned and remodeled an old t-bird but have no experience with suspension or anything down this ally. I would really like to do it myself as i enjoy working with cars and it would also save money i would otherwise have to pay a shop to do. is it something that seems to be within my ability?

sure hunter..you can do it..and post pics...more two cents..just make sure the truck is propped up in a safe solid manner..i usually slide my tires under also, just in case..read the instructions and remember you will need to bleed the brakes if you seperate a line and get an alignment right away..
