if you need help with the install, there are several of us in the area that have all the tools. The hardest thing will be getting a jack that will go high enough to get the tires back on once the lift is installed.

^ That's where some good solid 4x4 lumber can come in handy. I have used sections of lumber to place in between the jack and the frame to get some extra lift.

i used it when i did mine too, but its not something i would trust. getting the blocks in the rear will be harder too because of the way the frame is shaped

most 2.5-3 ton floor jacks will lift it high enough. if the jack isnt tall eough you can get some concrete blocks 16x8x4 for a buck at most lumberyards. there plenty strong to set the jacks on. I wouldnt use lumber the jack stads will settlt in to the wood and can be unstable.

I have a adapter i made for back when i was doing bodilifts it is a foot long and replaces the swivel pad on my floor jack. beats trying to balance a 4x4 and a cab when installing a body lift.

I now use it on the rear i just jac off the receiver hitch or the leaf springs depending on the application.

Don't forget the grinder or cut-off tool. Impact wrench comes in handy also.

Sit the jack on 4 jackstands, on level ground.
Never use conrete blocks because they have been known to break

To cut the drivers side rear lower control arm bracket in case you don't have a cut-off tool (as mentioned) or a reciprocating saw.

Ahh... I completely missed that 2wd part. Disregard my cut-off tool post as I'm not sure on the 2wd installs.
