3" BL and 3" Leveling kit

Would a 3" BL and 3" Leveling kit acheive the same end result as a 6 inch fabtech suspension just leaving my stock suspension on my fx2. It would save me 1000 to do BL and Leveling.

A 3" level kit is highly NOT recommended. You will have severe angles in your CV's which is going to cause premature wear on everything. You should be able to fit 35's with just a body lift but I'm not 100% sure. It just depends on what tire size you wanna run.

I would say spend the extra $1000 and get it done right because you honestly can't beat a fabtech.

well a 3" BL or 6" suspension will give you the clearance you need for 35's

i have a 3in leveling kit on mine and had my mechanic look over it and align it after i installed it. he said everything looked fine and that there shouldn't be any problems. im not saying that he was right or wrong, but i haven't noticed any problems with it, but only time will tell i guess

Yes that is what I would do if you don't do much offroading! Like everyone is saying the best way to do it is by a 6" suspension lift. But if you are on a budget, I would do the body lift and then a 2" leveling kit. (Personally I wouldn't go bigger than the 2" leveling kit) That will give you 5" of lift, and you could always lift up your back a bit more to achieve 5" all around, by adding either a bigger block or add a leafs. In the future you could always get a 6" suspension lift with your body lift and have a total 9" lift options....options...options

a BL and a leveling wouldn't be a waste of money because like u said u can always throw a suspension on it anyways and go bigger.

I agree, you would have 5" for a while and when you decide to go bigger, you could always sell you leveling kit! Even if you dont sell your leveling kit your only out like $100. Just a suggestion I would look at the Autosprings leveling kits. Very good stuff, most guys on the forum that has them, have had really good luck!

Keep in mind he has a 4x2. A body lift and a 2 or 2.5 inch leveling kit will allow you to fit 35's.

also with him having a 4x2 he wont have to worry about cv angles on 4x4s do if i am correct. but i am not 100% sure on that so. and i am running a body lift with a 2.5' lvl kit and i sit jsut as high as a 6'' with 35s. although my next thing is the get new leaf packs for the rear. but i say go for it

I still wouldn't go bigger than a 2" myself. Even though he is a 4x2. No he does not have any CV joints, but he will have a ton of stress on his ball joints!
