Well. Yet another extremely unexpected turn of events....I'm back to going with the 8" kit, after many emails sent back and fourth with Rize they were able to locate 1 of their 8" kits down in Ft. Lauderdale, FL which is apparently the only one available in the entire country haha. As much as I would have loved to snag up the 12" that TGC has, the wife was not approving of the extra costs involved...also, if there's anybody here from around the jacksonville, FL area I have a friend there with a chevy 2500 lifted 20" with 40" tires, there's well over $30,000 put into the truck to include an insane sound system and touch screen cd/dvd/mp3/gps head unit that he's selling. Truck has about 51K miles.

Another update:

Things are finally coming together, getting the lift put on within the next couple days...going with the rize 8" kit, bilstein 5150 piggyback shocks, 20" black kmc XD rockstars, 38x15.50x20 nitto mud grapps and dual exhaust being dumped before the bed off flowmaster mufflers. And just for kicks, tossing on a set of rize 2.5" leveling blocks and cranking up the rear to compensate...looking to be right around 11" of total lift on 38" tires. Plenty of pictures to come in about a week....a month in planning and $7K later hahaha

As luck would have it, I'll be ordering some headlights this week. I'm going for either black/carbon fiber halo's and same with the tails/3rd light. I also had to take out my leveling kit since I started to get some binding...sooo...next step is extend the front axle to push the wheels out like 4" then just get coilovers to get the extra 3" instead of the leveling kit.
