Steering play after lift

04 4x4 lariat. i put a 6in procomp stage 2 lift on with with 35s and now i have play in the steering. also when i hit bumps and things in the road the steering wheel kind of jumps. is there anyway to help with this. also i have an aal. when i hit a bump the back of my truck jumps pretty bad its just not that great of a ride. any advice or comments would be helpful

idk about the play in the steering, mine is pretty tight even with 38's. you seem to have bump steer, you can get some steering stablizers to help with that.

Your tie rod ends may be going out too. That could cause your steering wheel to be a bit jumpy or even seem like you have to hold your steering wheel at a odd angle to go straight.

The only thing you can do about the rear is get a leaf pack made with the same amount of lift. Deaver and Skyjacker both make them, and Skyjacker is the cheaper of the two.. you get what you pay for though. (not knocking Skyjacker quality)

im thinking i might try the steering stabilizer, but i will check the tie rod ends. what if i took the aal out and just put in a bigger block. would that ride better

Yes it would ride a lil bit rougher than stock in the rear if you took out the AAL and put bigger blocks.
