I need to tunnel mine before i go another inch lower :o

I believe its 4 inch. Dont know off the top of my head. Now i have to notch the bottom of my cab just a little. Nothing big

Hell we got lots of em just laying around out by the scrap pile. Ive been lucky.. havent had to buy any metal yet. Except for the fuel tank. If you want em shoot me a pm.

Been doing alot of grinding and stuff that needs to be done before powdercoating. The front suspension hasnt been touched. I know what i need to get it done. Just need some $$$.

I do have paypal if any is feeling nice

FINALLY some good news... Orderd some A Arms, bags, shocks, Fuel lines, fittings and other misc crap.

nope not going to notch the frame. Pat just hang in there ive been down the road of totalled trucks.

Projects always take longer than expected

Well after some problems with buisnesses being shifty.. im expecting the UPS truck (i.e Santa) to drop by today at noon! Cross your fingers!

Well santa did show up


But there is a problem when i went to install the lower control arms. My previous problem was that the stock lower control arm would hit the frame, not letting the hub raise high enough to mout the rim while the frame was still on the ground.

Now the problem is the stock upper control arm's ball joint will not flex enough to allow the tire to be mounted. (see pic) is this problem cureable without getting another set of upper control arms? You can see that the hub needs to raise about another 2 inches to acheive what i want.

These are pictures of the lower control arm bottomed out on the bottom of the frame. also the frame isnt on the ground. it is all raised high enough to just get the wheel on the hub. so the whole suspension still needs to let the frame down about 3-4 inches.
