or you could do what i plan on doing. take out the spring/strut assembly and take them to a shop to swap them for a lot less cash.

I just picked my truck up today. $150 for 2.5 hrs to install all 4 shocks. $58 to do the alignment. Haven't driven it other than home so I cant tell you about the ride quality yet.

Anywhere around 200-250 (give or take) w/alignment is about what you can expect. Not too bad and it will be worth it, they're great shocks. I installed my 5100's myself for about 9 dollars...auto hobby shop on base always comes in handy

I have the set of 4 from tomguncustomz and I am very happy with them. They make a world of difference offroad.

They are one of my favorite mods.

Well I went to my dealer yesterday, they said the fronts installed and aligned would be $210 out the door. Pretty acceptable. I also did a check on tires, $820 for my 265/70/17 BFGs installed and balanced. The load C ones, not the Es, but I dont need the Es yet. Within a couple years I hope to have it lifted so it will have different wheels.

Them prices sound good guys?
