To match the 2" in the front I just got an AAL for the back and it sits almost near level...front is a little higher but not bad. If you decided to get the coilovers you would ditch the spacer and crank the coilovers. Just make sure you crank them BEFORE you put them under the weight of the truck.

You aren't gonna get any higher than 9" of suspension lift unless you get a totally different lift. 3" body lift could be a possibility. It's pretty much impossible to get past 9" of lift with the suspension on yours becuase the UCA's and CV joints won't allow it...your UCA's would be hitting your coils. Unless you get a totally different lift like a 10" Rize you aren't getting over 9" out of a 6" crossmember lift. In fact, 8" is probably the limit. As for the bilsteins you could keep the spacers as long as you didn't crank them any. Or you could crank them 2" and get rid of the spacers.
Sweet truck by the way.

Haha I wish you were right man cause I'm in the same boat as you. Don't have the money for a 3" body yet I want one and 38's. But doesn't look like thats gonna happen anytime soon. Not to mention I need gears
