kind of the same thing from them

I order some pro-comp tires, the x terrians and waited for them 2 weeks went buy and no tires . So I called them they said they were on the dock to be shipped so I said lets make shore my order is right . they told me that I had order the all terrians tires . I said no I order the x terrains. I had my sales guys name and then asked for him they said he no longer works there . So to get to the point I had to spend over 100 bucks to get the right tires to after the 900 I spent on my 1st order. THEY DO SUCK . Thats why I try not to buy off the internet any more.

Not all companies or people are bad to deal with that sell online. I can give you a couple hundred references. if you ever need OEM parts I'll help you.

x2. i ordered my wheels/tires from onlinetires.com they were about a hundred cheaper than any where else. tires were also on national back order, only place who had them in stock. i ordered them on a monday, he had to special order my wheels and said he thought they might ship out saturday, i got an email saturday saying UPS did not come and pick them up and they would go out monday. went out first thing that monday and had them on wednesday. they were shipped from california to east texas. very good company IMO. definitely will be my first place to order from online again for tires if i can't find a good deal local again.

i did get 4wp to price match w/ in $10 of their cost, they did try to "price match" and then add taxes on top of it, argued a bit and they went ahead and got it OTD $10 with in my other qoute. they decided to see if they could even get them after they wasted 30 minutes of my time tho seeing if they could price match. and then tried to talk me into the pro comp mud terrains which were $50 more a tire after the rebates.

Well. this thread has definitely taught me to NEVER BUY FROM 4WHEELONLINE.COM!! I thought about buying a few items from them earlier in the year, but not anymore!!

Thats why I've strictly signed my business with 4wheelparts.com. Everytime I order something, even if it's not on sale, they'll normally discount it some just to make the price a little better, and on top of that, when I first bought my lift and tires..my sales rep. went and talked with his supervisor while I was on the phone and came back and told me he was gonna take off almost $400 dollars off the top so i could get my lift, tires, and rims! Now thats customer service! I got my fabtech lift, baja claw tires, and pro comp rims for $3000!

4Wheelparts is still family owned and mostly operated! And they care about their customers! Looks like 4wheelonline can scratch my name off their list...

i think you just have had really good luck with 4wp. i have mix experiences, but more often if i do go to 4wp its a store not online. i still prefer smaller shops if their close in price, because usually from my experiences much more knowledgeable and helpful but thats just my luck with them. 3k for what you got is a great deal. i got my wheels/tires and lift installed for $3550 OTD, the lift itself retails for $2350ish and i had it installed for $2100 so i think i did good. how much did you end up paying for install? 4wp told me about $2700 for a fabtech installed so i happily went some where else

I dont live near a 4wp's store at all, and I wasnt going to drive to one..I had 2 friends help me do the install one saturday..but we had also done the same lift to each of their trucks before so we knew what we were doing. So about $40 for an install(Had to buy dinner and beer) As far as customer service from them goes, I guess I have been lucky. Lets hope it doesnt run out! I've had excellent sales rep's everytime, but then again I havent ordered anything in a while..hmmm

well I can say for 100% there customer service is not so great, I waited 4 days before contacting them about a tracking number because I had not received any correspondence from them or answers from two emails I sent them. I was told by their rep that they order from bushwacker and as soon as bushwacker lets them know the tracking they would forward tracking number to me. That was on the 27th, today the 29th I received the fender Flares here at work. NO TRACKING NUMBER YET but I did get the fender flares. I'm going now to open box and see that they are ok.

hello everyone, its been a while. im working full time, going to school full time at the university, and i work part time on the weekends. its been busy to say the least.

im so glad this post came back. for a while i would post on it just to get i back on the main page.

to answer the original question, i have not got much done. i looked into doing something about it, but being they are out of state, im limited to getting any free representation. i cant afford to pay to get any action done. and im limited on time.
it seems everyones word of mouth is getting something done. i hope they go out of business.

has anyone heard from josh from sportztralilers. his name is crashlucky13. his sportztrailers company shut down, i was wondering if he got back in the biz. he was the best!!!! great pice, service and a genuine guy. a real class act.

one more update is the other day my boyfriend showed me a diesel power magazine and there was an ad for 4wheelonline. it made my skin crawl!!!

so we emailed the magazine about our problems we have had with them. they said they would look into it.

by the way. this entire post is about:

4WHEELONLINE

NOT

4WHEELPARTS

BIG BIG DIFFERENCE.
