for sure. i have nothing but time. i will be taking the next step, small claims court!! any advice would be great . ive never had to go this far.

it just pleases me so that so many people have viewed and responded to this post. i hope they sleep next to the 500 dollars they stole from me and the money comforts them as they have missed out on thousands of dollars of sales due to the way they treated me.

And me as well, bump that!! Sorry for how they dealt with your return. Hopefully everything gets worked out.

I read this whole post and that sux to say the least, i will never order anything from them. To the person complaining about 4wheelparts, it must be their online portion because i got damn good service here at my local store.

This is terrible to hear. I've been planning on dropping some cash on my ride and they are certainly out of my consideration of places to do my business. I will also advise my multiple buddies who have trucks to not do business with them either.

Congratulations 4wheelparts... buy a couple of nice dinners with that pocket change! This poor judgment call is losing you quite a bit in sales. but hey... it was pure profit!!

To reiterate, the original thread is about 4wheelonline.com NOT 4wheelparts.com

Thank you.

in that case... I will just avoid typing a "4" followed by the word "wheel" and anything else into my url ever again.

I must be the only one on the other side of this spectrum. I think this was probably a very rare occurence with this company. I personally purchased my fender flares, bed rug, fold a cover g4 elite, rear shocks, and 6" suspension lift with 4wheelonline.com, all within the past 5 weeks, and have gotten nothing but excellent service and great prices.

I forgot about this thread, I just ordered fenderflares for my jeep from them yesterday.

cheepest I could find anywhere for the cutout bushwackers.

I'll see how they do and let everyone know.

glad you had good luck, maybe I will too.

in my area and all the 4wp i have been to, its more a hit and a miss. the one close to me the guys i personally think are idiots. the other one located in houston is not as bad. i just dont like getting an attitude from morons when im planning on spending money. lately they have seem to be getting better, the actually price matched something this time for me, last time they attempted it, it came up over $200 more.

Never heard a single good thing about 4wheelonline.com. This is the worst though. Sorry for having ****ty luck and having to be the guinea pig but thanks for the heads up. Also, thanks for bringing this thread back up to let the new guys know. No new posts from the op probably means they never got that money back. Sucks. Just get comfort from the fact that 4wheelonline certainly got the worse end of the deal. You lost 500, they lost many thousands thanks to this forum. Once again, I appreciate the heads up. And just for the record, I'll never do business with 4wheelonline.

im glad this thread got brought back to life because i plan on spending about 5 grand on a lift, wheels, and tires. they have the cheapest prices but i am always willing to spend a little extra to get good customer service. thats why i prefer to do my shopping locally but its hard to find good prices that way. anyway i wont be buying anything from 4wheelonline.com.

well I ordered my fender flares on the 21st, as of today 5:07 pm on friday still no update or tracking number. If I ever dont give someone a update or tracking number on a order within three days someone shoot me.

I wouldn't have any business if I operated that way.

I'll keep you posted.

Ed
