cheap way to get a 2 in lift help

I have a 04 ford f150 and i want it to sit up about 2 in higher. I was thinkin about going with 2 in spacers and add a leafs to get the lift im looking for and stiffin the suspension. is this a good or bad idea???

If it has coil over shocks a spacer kit/leveling kit will work fine. A lot of people run 2.5"spacers. If you have torsion bars you can crank those up. It appears that you have a 2004 heritage? (pre new body style)

Yeah, the coilspring spacers and an add-a-leaf sounds like your best bet.

ya its a heritage and i dont have torsion bars because if i did i would have bigger tires but i think the spacers and add a leafs are my best and cheapest thing i dont do hard core off roading just farm work so i was jw on other opinions but thanks

you can get a skg 1.5" alum coil spacer for $40 call 858-748-3504 ask for alex
I like the alum over the urethane ones from daystar because they compress and wear out and you can lose some lift

also I have a alignment cam kit forsale $30

you can get a add a leaf from summit racing

Yep.

Spacers and add-a-leaf, agreed. I also agree on the aluminum, but not from personal experience, just heresay. I've heard that the poly spacers can sag over time. I opted for 2" aluminum, because I didn't want all that much of a lift...just enough for some nice tires and a good level look.
