Found out whatwas causing most of the clunking....front sway bar. Seems soo obvious now!! Was on vacation last week when my drivers side end link broke clean through. Well, I removed the passenger side one as well, clunk is completely gone now!! I have ordered new end links and bushings for the front sway bar from Energy Suspension. I will install and see if the clunk comes back. I have Rancho RSX9000 all around so the body lean and handling is not greatly effected. So to recap this post:

1. New lower ball joints fixed some of the clunk.
2. The real culprit was the front swaybar and end links.

If you have this same problem, I suggest changing the end links and bushings for the sway bar first.
