Will a 4" suspension lift void your factory 3/36 warranty?

According to the Magnuson/Moss Warranty Act, it will void the warranty on your suspension parts replaced or directly affected by the lift. The problem is some dealers seem to be looking for an excuse to void an entire warranty. On the other hand, some dealers are mod friendly. I would talk to your dealer and make sure they are going to go by federal law.
