Awesome. Start spraying down your body bolts for the lift.

Already bought some PB Blaster just for that. Im going to start spraying it down today so I gives it time to work.

Also received my gear install kit yesterday so this weekends R&P swap is a GO!

Today was not as progressive as I thought it would be, because I started off late in the morning. So I was only able to get some of the Cab part done. I can’t finish the truck till Wednesday when the shop on base opens back up. So I just wanted to post some of my notes before I forget.

*Instead of removing just the shroud like the instruction recommend. Save some time just remove Fan and Shroud all at once.
*Also you do not need to remove the steering cooler or Aux Tranny cooler

First No amount of PB can save the front most body mount bolts lol. Passenger side I hit it with an Impact and have way out broke off. Driver side I used just a breaker bar and some leverage. So this left the bodymount cups attached to the body. So what I did to fix this was as follows.
Moved the Radiator out of the way towards the engine with just enough room for the impact to reach the inside bodymount nuts(18mm). One of bolts came out all the way just with the impact. The other one only loosened up slightly but enough to fix a hacksaw in between the rad. frame and the cup. So just cut it as the kit replaces all the body bolts.
I was able to install all 8 3" lift blocks at once since the shop DIY shop has lifts. Which was really helpful.

Update.....

Well I have been taking my time working slow just making sure I get everything right. The cab is all done.
Here you can see the difference.

How i got to the front bodymount bolts behind the radiator without taking it out.

Fan Shroud Lowering Bracket

While i had the bumper off I took a picture of my B&M Tranny Cooler in the stock location.

All i did to mount it was bend the top part of the bracket flat and the cooler bolted right up.

I would have been done yesterday but i couldnt get 2 of the 6 bed bolts. So i will finish that the next time i get to go the shop.

To save more time in the future if you ever do it again. lol you don't have to remove the shroud it can be taken loose and cut on the truck. alot of the directions do not have to be followed its precautionary. Just done over 100's at my shop but can't wait to see the finished product, gonna look sweet
