*2008 F-150 XLT Supercrew 4x2 with 7564 miles and balance of the factory
warranty with two years remaining on the 3-36. Original service date 3/08
*6.5’ Flareside Box (which is growing on me)
*Dark Blue Pearl Clearcoat Metallic with Premium Flint Two Tone Seats
*4.6L EFI V8 with 3.55 Limited Slip Axle and payload package #1B
*XLT Chrome Package with 5” Chrome Tubular Running Boards
18” Chrome Wheels, 265/60R 18 BF Goodrich Radial Long Trail T/A’s
*6 Disc CD Stereo with AM/FM and Sirius
*Trailer Tow Package and Heated Telescoping Trailer Tow Side Mirrors with
Integrated Turn Signal and Puddle Lamps (really like these mirrors!)
*Drivers Keyless Entry Key Pad (gotta get help to program)
*Reverse Sensing System
*Also included was Service Advantage Plan “Powertrain Warranty For Life” for what that may be worth. It was included with any car new or used sold at the dealership, I got to look into it, must be a big catch.

Original Sticker Price $35,165

There posted best internet special deal $18995

Price I paid before before TTL and Trade $17800 or 50% off sticker!

I traded my 1999 XLT Supercab 4x2 with 4.2 V6 and got $4000 which I was willing to take to make the deal go. Wanted $5K, but felt I got a good enough deal on the 2008.

I previously had a 2005 XLT Supercab with the 4.6L that did more than adequately towing our 3500lb boat and trailer, so I was comfortable staying with that engine. I put over 100K on that truck in a little over two years with no issues, and really loved that truck. The 5.4's were pretty bare, and the XLT Chrome Package and mirrors really got me!

My 1999 was okay, but I really wanted and newer one. I think I'm going to be real happy with my new Screw!
Congrats! My FX4 didn't come with all the bells and whistles that I had on my Expedition, so I know where you're coming from on the "bare" feelings. I saw those mirrors for the first time a few days ago and am wondering if I can fit those on my truck...they look sweet. Lastly, why do you need help programming the key pad? I'm pretty sure the owner's manual gives you a step-by-step on how to put your own in, just keep in mind that the original code is built into the module...so it will always be there no matter how many personal codes you put in for yourself.

My "new" crew

I found an 07 XLT 4x4 Screw on at a local dealer. It had been on the lot for some time. It has the E85 5.4, trailer tow package, 3.73 limited slip, heated mirrors, auto dimming rear view mirror, 6 disc changer with MP3 and satellite radio, tube steps, and LineX (dealer added), etc. I also got them to pull the alloy wheels off another truck for the steel with chrome hubcaps that mine came with. (As I found out the about 30 miles later the next day, I also needed the TPMS sensors. They bought new ones and installed them for free.) It had 21k on the odometer. The truck originally stickered above 34K. On paper I paid 20k for it not counting trade in. But since I got well above trade in value for my jeep, I technically only paid about 18k for the truck.

Now I just need to find someone who wants Chrome bumpers for their painted ones...

I got my 07 Lariat Screw 5.4 flex about 8 months ago when gas prices were high. Paid 23k for it. Fully loaded, leather, heated sets, tow package, sound, 20 wheels, running boards, towing, 4x4, two tone, rear sliding, navigation, fogs, fold-in heater side mirrrors, sunroof, spray in liner, windows tinted, wood grain audio package, etc. Had 17k on mileage, still under factory warranty.
Sticker price was over 50K (it was in glove box).

Drive it everyday and love it.

Got my 01 xlt SuperCrew last month. My first truck so was really excited. It has 44,000 miles, 5.4 liter, and the 17" rim upgrade. This truck was babied and I thought the seller was going to cry as he handed the keys over. Paid $11,800.
