Also, if I am not able to get the used 39# injectors that came from whipple, have we determined if the FMS ones will work or not. I dont want to buy them and have them not work. and there are several people who say they will work, and several who say they wont. Which one is it?
being that your truck is a 4x4 it may lower numbers as well because you will have a higher drive train loss due to the t-case. I believe twinscrewds truck is 2wd.

It is 2wd. 3.55 in the rear rolling on Roush 20's with Michelin 275/55/20.
I'll have to scan and post my Dyno charts.

That gt-500 is is a DUAL pump unit. You can swap in two 310lph pumps and really have potential for power.

Also people throw around rwhp numbers. Not saying he doesn't have a 427rwhp dyno chart, but his same truck on different dyno could read 410rwhp, on another read 450rwhp. Also every truck is different, one might do 430rwhp and the other with the same mods might do 400rwhp.
Where can I find a single 310 lph pump? I am having no luck looking for one online.

Thats what I figured, hey when you get your dyno tune can you let me know what your numbers are. As of right now I am just trying to get my fuel problem fixed, but I would like to know what your numbers are to help me determine if I want to go to the 3.125 or 3" pulley. Is your truck 2 or 4 wheel drive?

If you're at 8lbs right now your stock fuel pump will perform fine and simply install the 39lbs injectors. As you can see on the bottom of my dyno chart my AF readings are fine. I understand your concern over the injectors. Heres a thought call Whipple. 559-442-1261. Jeff is very helpful as is Dennis. Or you could just order them and try it.

So it looks like I have another problem. What does it mean when the RPM's start climbing without me really even pressing on the gas. This usually happens when I'm cuising at about 1500-1800 rpm in town, I will give the truck a little bit of gas but not much (just to stay up to speed) and the rpm's will keep climping untill I let off of the gas but the truck wont get any power. Any ideas?

Can you explain that a little better? I'm not quite getting what you are saying.

When I give the truck just a little bit of gas the RPM's will start to climb (more then they should, like instead of going to 2200 or so it will keep climbing up to 3000 and beyond until I let off of the gas) although the RPM's are climbing, the truck isnt getting any power to the wheels. This does not happen very often, and it usually only happens at lower speeds when I am in a neighborhood.

I dont think its the tranny cause it doesnt happen a lot.

I dont have any trouble codes

My dad thinks I have a sensor issue, so once I get some injectors I will head down to his shop and see if we can fix the problem. Just trying to get some ideas first.

Ok...

So what you are saying you can be cruising along 40mph, want to get up to 50mph. The rpms quickly jump up to 3k, but you are still going 40mph?

Try and see if you can recreate it at a certain mph. It sounds like a tune issue, like you are going in and out of lock up.

It usually only happens at lower speeds, like between 10-25mph or so. I will double check to make sure.

But the thing is, the RPM's are climbing to 3000 and up when they should only be at around 2200 with how much gas I'm giving it. And they will keep climbing even with the throttle in the same spot. So I end up having to take my foot off the throttle to let the RPM's come back down. Then everything goes back to being fine.

The main thing is that the RPM's are climbing way higher then they should and its not giving the truck any power.

So does it feel like it's stuck in neutral?

I'm trying to understand your "no power" statement.
