Which shackles did they use? Does your truck have the factory rear blocks?

Blocks won't matter with a flip kit. Check DJM's site and contact them, there are options and they may work with you.

I'm just saying if they used the block between the flip it that would make it to low

That is not possible to do with our trucks.

ETA Plus the flip kit isn't designed to accept the blocks IIRC.

My truck sat low in the back after the 3/5 install but I put airbags to fix the problem.

Your options are airbags or a lifted shackle. Lifted shackle will be cheaper and easier to install.

Oh OK I know on older trucks you could flip it and put a block in there

I wonder why the 4x4s sit lower in the rear after lowering

cause they take out the lift block? cause with the lift black it sits 2" higher then normally, but then when you add the flip kit it you remove the 2" block and bring it down 5" for a total of a 7" drop?

The front coilovers are longer (4x4 compared tp 4x2), making the rear look lower. DJM sells remedies to this.
