no factory blocks on the truck anymore...

They bend, warp, and crack. The saddles they sit in usually crack at the welds. The top bar that is used to adjust pinion angle bends, cracks, or even breaks.

The fact it's only a weekend truck it should be fine...

Most flip kits will bend a bit over time, but the new DJM design on flip kits seem to do it excessively.

It's all good. Heckvr4 bought two kits (two different trucks) and I'm gettin the one that he didn't use!

airbags will set you back prolly $350 with brackets and everything.

lift shackles are prolly $100 or less.
