hangers and spindles wont affect your ride at this point, and you already have 20" wheels so spindles wont be an issue.
biggest thing is get a quality shock that can handle the reconfigured suspension.
also if you're looking to not break the bank buy your stuff used.

You could always buy 2" springs in front and hangers for the rear. You wouldn't need the shackle since you already have them. That would give you the 2/4 you are looking for and it would be on the cheap!! just don't forget to factor in the price of the alignment kit and the alignment for the front.

Hey here is an option for the fron look at part # 25001 bell tech It is a +1 _-3 for one purchase you will have all the variables. If you don't like it you have the option of raising it up or down more with no parts cost involved if you bu the springs you are pretty much done unless you cut them which changes the design of the coil and will affect you ride quality. Remeber the strut is designed to replace your old strut and you can drop it 2" and still get it aligned if you go 3" then you need to make mods to the front lower control arms its a 3/8 inch notch to compensate for the lack of stock adjustment already there for the stock alignment set up. You can go to bell tech .com and look up the part 25001 and it will give you the same instruction in a PDF file. That way you know what you are gettting into before you buy it Hope this helps
