But I know what you're saying. Now that my f150 won't be the primary winter vehicle, I'd like to go lower, especially after seeing these trucks.
hahahahah, i've actually been thinking about going over to the guy slw-svt has been using for his 2011 f150 build, and seeing what we can figure out on how i can go lower. also, i'm pretty set on getting a notch for the rear, helper bags and running some shock extenders and some lightning bilstein's i have whenever i get the chance.

im back to 5/7 now, or there about.

I will say this tho, new shocks/coils/LCAs and did new tie rods last night and it feels like a whole new truck, much tighter on the little stuff, feels great!

I have no idea, maybe 1/2" ? I'm going to try flipping the torsion bars and see what that nets me.

hell yeah i bet it does, when i changed my lower ball joints, it felt totally different. i just changed my upper control arms and i've noticed i don't hit the bumpstop as harsh as before. my tie rod ends are gone, what did you end up using pat?

Dang, Patrick. Makes me want to go lower.

I was thinking of getting a Mustang next year but I think I'll spend more money on my truck instead.

90 bucks for all 4 not bad price IMHO, and life time replacement. And since i do labor/alignments for myself no big deal to swap them every couple of years

I've got a 02 4x4 I'm wanting to lower all around. Looks like I can use coil overs in the front. Will use coil overs in the rear when I get a 4 link in.

Both great ideas!!

Pat the shocks make a world of difference. I put belltech shocks on after 30k miles and I couldn't believe the difference. Now you will enjoy driving it more!!
