1. Junk. Sparse specs - no "all channels driven, 20hz-20khz @ 0.xxTHD..." spec tells me this 'rms' rating is @ 1khz only, one channel driven. More likely a cheap vanilla IC amp inside, and likely to be ~10w/channel with unexceptional THD. But - it is only $45, lol ....
2. There is an 'Amplifier' forum - fyi ....
Good luck.
Cheers & bests

Try this one for 50w x 4 http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...+KAC-8404.html
Or this one for 40w x 4 http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...+KAC-6404.html

I have this one driving my front and rear infinity two-ways. I dont remember the model numbers on them, but the ones that usually retail around 100 bucks a pair.
I love the amp as my kenwood HU doesn't offer the best HPF and LPF settings, I love dialing in the crossover settings through the amp individually for the front/rears. I've had it for about 1.5 years and it never overheats (it does get hot, I mean never cuts out or clips from heat, and doesn't have a fan to go out (which is what killed my prior amp).
As sound is subjective, I'd recommend you match it to speakers who's recommended RMS wattage is as close to 50 as possible as it will give you the best chance at optimizing the speakers whichever route you go.
enjoy
