You don't need stereo for subs. That's why they make mono-channel amps. Since you have a 2 channel amp see if you can bridge the outputs in your owners manual. The owners manual normally will give you a diagram to show what I am talking about. Then your subs will work together and not against each other. Plus you should be able to pull more power out of your amp provided it's of descent quality.

What is the pre-out setup on your headunit? You need to buy a y-splitter for your RCA cables. Theyll move equally regardless, so long as there is one gain control and a single input signal.

massive rs 25
Number of Channels: 2
Output Power (12.5 volts), 4ohms @ rated THD: 25Wrms/Ch
Output Power (12.5 volts), 2ohms: 65Wrms/Ch
Output Power (12.5 volts), driven into 1ohm: 150Wrms/Ch
Maximum Power into 4ohms Bridge: 300Watts
That amp is severely under powered for those subs. The RW10 is rated 400W RMS DVC 4 Ohm sub and your amp at best is going to give them 65w RMS. You really need a bigger amp to get even close to their potential.

Whats the voice coil arrangement on those subs? That matters more than power handling, ect. If you can get a final load of 2 ohms then you can give each sub 150 watts, assuming those specs are correct.

Ok first of all, lets start over here. Yes, you are underpowering the woofers but oh well, its not a huge deal.

Second, I need you to rewire the drivers to a series parallel arrangement. (Wire the - on VC1 to the + on VC2. Then run the VC1+ and VC2- to the amp. Wire it ++ and -- with the other sub. Then follow the directions at the amp to bridge the sub across the 2 channels.

If this doesnt make anysense email me and Ill see if theres something I can ship ya to help you understand a bit better.
