HEGO Sensor Fuse
Got clutch changed on my truck then after everything was done and put back together drove a little then ac clutch on compressor isn't engaging, speed sensor went out or not reading, and code reader says intake manifold runner control stuck closed.
All the codes are P0340 P1519 P0443 P1451 P0722 P0720 P1460 P0135 P0141 P0155 P0161 P1409 P1131 P1151 P0171 P0174
It's a 2003 F150 V6 4.2L with M5OD (manual 5 speed with Over Drive transmission)
Looked at the fuse box under the hood and fuse 23 the HEGO Sensor fuse is blown I replaced it but it blown again. Any advice?

Take it back to whomever replaced the clutch and have them repair the wiring harness they damaged. Most likely, they either pinched it or they let it get on the hot exhaust manifold and it melted, shorting out the power feed to ground and blowing the fuse. If a 4x4, also check for wiring in contact with the front drive shafts.
Once the wiring is repaired and the fuse replaced, reset the PCM and you should be back in business. Everything you named off except probably those "lean" codes are dependent on fuse F23 including the A/C.

New problem
Went through 2 fuses and found out the O2 sensor has a short. But I have a new problem I put the last fuse in and it didn't blow but when I put it in I saw a spark at the end of the fuse box and now my pats is throwing 1:6 code on theft light and my code reader isn't picking up the ECU.

Had an 15 amp fuse originally it was blue and had a blue 25 amp fuse I accidentally put in there after I saw the spark I immediately took it out and looked at it to see the amps was wrong then I put the correct fuse in a 15 amp. I messed up by not checking the amp first on the fuse.
