So - you'll have to walk me through the math, because I don't think 300 HP is achieveable with a head swap on the 4.6 with yer current mods.

Perhaps an engine guru could help me here? Fatherford? TJ? Jbrew? GLC? What would he have to do to get 300 @ the crank, all motor?

You are a SMARTass, can u give me some pointers?? It doesn't matter. im just trying to remember what i read, its been a couple years now. I think a non pi block with pi heads. I can't remember if it was a stock pi intake. I'm pretty sure they used comp cams. They had a huge gain tho. Wasn't saying i kno more than anyone on here. Just saying what i want to try and get out of my truck if i can. JEEZZ!!!! I wasn't meaning i was gonna do it. Little above my skill level, i can change your oil tho! lol Truck would def go to the shop but i'll prolly never be able to. thats why i use the word hope.

So any1 kno. If i didn't do PI heads or a SC. How would i get 300 at the crank? im guessing im around 250 now.

You guys have it all wrong. You need to get a 4.2L. We have the highest HP per cylinder of all truck engines. I raced an SRT-10 the other day and kept up with him all the way to 100 and then I hit my "go baby go" button and flew off into warp speed.

Damn..sometimes you really make me laugh..now turn off the Gone in 60 seconds DVD and go fix yer mpg issue.

Did you ever change the lube in your flux capacitor?

Chill guys. HA HA HA HA. (i do like the flux capacitor, damn it i wish i had one). With the tundra we only went up to about 60-70mph roundabout. (side by side) It's my gears(4.88's) that kept me with them. And it gotta be from a dig.(extremely low gear) My top speed aint ****, above 60-70 i aint got nothin. He's faster than me but we were right beside each other in that short distance til we hit the brakes, we didn't go above that. (He was a 4.7 i think)

I wasn't saying i was FASTER(my top speed is only about 85 cause i need a speedo gear). Acceleration too 60 i was or even. Ya'll think im like a 16 year old who thinks that just bc his speedo in his civic goes to 140, his car will go 140. I knew all about the pi heads and the fact that Fords mod motors boost VERY well. They gotta have FI to make alot of power out of these motors.
I don't know everything by any means, but give me a little credit. Im not unrealistic stupid. ha I just recently got my gears and i'm super happy with'em. And That 4.2, with a flux. S***!!! Good idea!!
