1996 F150 4.9 I6 needs new Clutch advice needed

What's going on guys, I have a 96 F150 4.9 and I'm pretty sure my clutch it's going out. Truck has 165k. RMPs will go up in 1st gear and truck barely moves, another thing it's a pain to get it into 1st gear, kinda have to stick it to 2nd than 1st. She's my daily and also use it off-road

I've decided I'm getting a new clutch kit and flywheel and going with 11in. Also replacing master and slave cylinder and pilot bearing. I cant decide on a clutch kit. I see alot of LUK. AMS, PSI

PSI ebay, and Centerforce. I'm looking for something that's Heavy Duty. On Ebay I see alot of Stage1,2,3 clutch kits. What do you guys know about those kits?

I was leaning towards AMS Clutch kit from RockAuto.

Any suggestions? I'll be doing the labor myself. Shops are too much.

I believe LUK is OEM, that should be all you need. Wouldn't hurt to replace the rear main seal when you have the flywheel out.

Yeah, I keep hearing that LUK is OEM. I'm looking for an upgrade, something more of a Heavy Duty type of clutch. Do you know anything about the other name brands?
