1993 f150 stock wheels bigger tires?

hey all, im nick and im new to this forum, ive been reading stuff on here for a while and its always so helpful, just like to ask a couple questions to anyone who could answer them for me, i have gotten down to the last stages of the restoration and im planning on getting some 32x 11.5x 15 tires and i was wondering if they would fit fine on the stock rims? i have the aluminum ones with the bullet holes and rivets. friends have told me they have done it with up to 35 inch tires and been fine so im hoping 32s would be okay.. if anyone has any feedback thatd be great thanks!

The manufacturers say those tires take an 8"-10" rim.
Pretty sure yours are 7.5".

I do 33s no problem, but 35s on those would be pretty narrow around the bead.

It's the 11.50 width that's the problem not the diameter. 33 x 10.50-15s will fit your rims

Yeah, but the tires I like for my Bronc's are the 33x12.5 Pro Comp AT's. To get the odder sized 33x10.5 ya gotta use BFG AT's if tire rack has them in stock hit or miss.

30k+ miles on many trucks no problems even aired down to 18psi for sand.

what would you guys think would look better on my truck in your opinions? i like the 11.5 width because i like the wider look, but would it be better if i got 33 x 10.5s? or the 32 x 11.5s?

All I run on my stock height '84, '92, and '94 are 33x12.5 for the wide and stuffed look.

The issue isn't wear. It's stability. The combination of wide tire and narrow rim can create some squirrelly handling especially in an emergent situation. Also with that much cantilever in the sidewalls, the beads are not seating properly on the rims.

A lot of tire stores will not even mount tires on out of spec rims. They don't want the liability.
