Nice, new progressive rate springs may be had at NAPA. http://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/Re...0028%2b2028020
Bronco graveyard has replacements as well. $80 plus shipping https://broncograveyard.com/bronco/c-169
A wrecking yard spring is hit or miss. You don't know, unless you see low mileage, if they have settled. Check the odometer before you pull them.
There are small lift springs available, 1-2"s, but they require an alignment with adjustable caster/camber bushings. They are used to support more weight (plow, winch etc) or to level the rig since the rear usually sits a couple inches higher.

I'm pretty sure your truck has shocks and not McPherson struts.
Sounds like your springs are sacked out.
Your shocks may be worn out, too, but as was previously mentioned, new shocks are not going to raise your front end.
A new gas charged shock will want to extend, and that may push up the front just a little, but it's not a substitute for a fresh spring.
OTOH, if your shocks truly are trashed and you are on a limited budget, you might be better off putting in new shocks instead of springs. My guess is fresh shocks will give you better results in ride and handling than replacing the springs, but your front end will probably ride at the same height it does now.
