Can you clean this inside of a gas tank

Restoring a 1977 F-100. Gas sat in the tank for 8 years.
Exterior is not rusted. Interior of tank is a gunky rust mess.
Any way to clean it? Or is the tank a lost cause?

This is a product that have seen on the PowerBlock series on Spike TV. I have seen this product used, and recomended many times over the yeas, and it is quit in-expensive compared to the cost of a new fuel tank.
KREEM METAL GAS TANK CLEANING & COATING KIT,TANK REPAIR
"This is a brand new Kreem gas tank cleaning & coating kit. It comes with 3 chemicals to help repair your old metal rusty tank. One bottle is a cleaner which loosens up and frees rust inside the tank. The second bottle is a rinse, it removes all oils and chemicals. The third bottle is the cream which will coat the inside of the tank so it will never rust again. This is an inexpensive way to repair old internally rusty tanks & it works great when done right. This kit includes all 3 chemicals & instructions. Free shipping is in the US"

I wouldn't use that Kreeme treatment first.

I'd empty the tank, pour in a few cans of Berryman's B-12 with an equal quantity of fresh gas, shake it, & seal up the tank for a few hours. Then dump that mess into a sealed container for recycling, & see how much progress you've made. If it looks good, repeat it until it's clean. If not, start shopping for a tank.

I didn't even bother with these because they're so common:

I just burned the old tanks to clean them, and then trashed them.

Thanks guys. This tank is so bad I'm going to buy new. Thanks for the link to discount body parts, they are cheaper than anybody else.

This old tank is so rusted I poured in muriatic acid and scrubbed the inside with a steel brush and it didn't knock out 20% of it. It'll never come clean.
