1992 f150, 5.0 not starting

my brother has a 1992 f150 flareside with a 5.0L, it wont start, cranks over no problem, sputters and half assed fires but thats it, any help would be awesome, thanks!

and doesnt start when you spray fuel into the throttle body either...

Can you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key to the on position?To listen for the pump priming don't turn the key all the way to the start position, just to the on position.

Your next step would be to check if you are getting spark through the spark plug wires while cranking the engine over.

I too have the same problem on a 96 150 with 4.6 L six cyc, auto. Engine turns over fine, fuel pump running, can smell gas from exhaust, no fire! Checked all fuses, even under hood, all OK, got to be a MODULE or relay gone bad somewhere. Truck was running fine when I parked it overnight!
Please Help STRANDED!

well i figured it out, it was exactly what i thought in the first place..... plugs.... he had my dads friend look at it the other day and he said "it has spark so no its not the plugs".... hah, fixed, runs fine
